Practice
Custom systems around the software you already paid for
ERP, Tally, Excel, and a WhatsApp group are not a stack. We build the missing operational layer: the screen the fitter actually uses, the approval that matches your promoter’s habit, the API that stops double entry.
Ops portals
Job cards, dispatch, QC hold, vendor scorecards — workflows with names your team already uses.
Integrations
ERP, banks, e-invoicing, weighbridges, biometric, and device clouds without a big-bang cutover.
Mobile for the floor
Offline-tolerant Android apps for stores, sites, and last-mile — bilingual if needed.
Data layer
A warehouse of truth: events from IoT and transactions from accounts, queryable for AI later.
Customer / dealer extras
Status, warranties, spare catalogues — branded, not a generic B2B template.
Internal tools
The ugly-but-loved admin that finance trusts, with permissions and export they can defend.
Engineering standards
We write boring, inspectable software. Type-safe APIs, migrations you can reverse, environments that match production, and secrets that are not in a chat screenshot.
Stacks are chosen per job: typically TypeScript or Python services, Postgres, object storage, and a UI your operators will not fight. We document why each choice was made so a future team is not trapped.
What we will not do
Rewrite a working ERP for sport. Hide business logic in an irreplaceable no-code maze. Promise “AI” where a filter and a report would do. Those conversations end quickly — on purpose.
